Sanjay Dutt’s release was a moment of joy for his fans, family, and friends from Bollywood. To congratulate him on his freedom, several friends from Bollywood visited him at his residence. His residence turned out into a hot place of starry appearances.

To celebrate his friend’s freedom, Salman Kahn had announced a party at his Panvel farmhouse. He even made some special arrangements at his farmhouse for Sanjay Dutt and his family to spend quality time together.

However, despite passing of 10 days of Sanjay’s release, Salman neither gave a party nor meet him. When reporters asked Sanjay about the celebration, he said that leave about the party, Salman has not yet visited him.

Speculation is buzzing around in the media about Ranbeer Kapoor being the reason of the rift in their friendship. Actually Raju Irani is making a biopic on Sanjay Dutt. To play the titular role, Raju Irani had signed Ranbeer Kapoor. And Sanjay has accepted the casting. This decision of Sanjay annoyed Salman as he doesn’t like Ranbeer because of his linkup with Katrina Kaif. His dislike for Ranbeer raised even higher after his breakup with his ex-flame.

This Sunday, both were spotted at the marriage event of Kresha Bajaj in a posh hotel of Mumbai. However, the two didn’t meet each other. Sources even said that Salman left the event soon after meeting the bride and the groom.

SRK’s ‘Raees’ in fresh trouble

A film based on somebody’s life, when made without obtaining a legal permission from the descendants of the person in question, is bound to land in troubled water. Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘Raees’ is the latest example of this trend in Bollywood. The film is loosely based on a gangster called Abdul Latif, who ran an illegal liquor business in Gujrat during the early 1980s when alcohol was banned in the state. He is also been named in complaints for 40 murder cases. SRK is enacting his part.

According to a leading newspaper, Mustak Ahmed Abdul Latif Shaikh, the son of the gangster, has sent a legal notice to nine people associated with the film that include Shah Rukh Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the producer and director Ritesh Sidhwani, and Rahul Dholakia asking the reason for making a film based on his father’s life without seeking approval from the family members.

The legal notice also bars the filmmakers from promoting, publishing, advertising, and releasing the film. According to Mustak, the film is going to project his father in bad light contrary to the latter’s clean image as a businessman and responsible citizen of the society. He has also provided a proof on how the filmmakers created a set that depicts the gangster’s residence in the film to be an exact copy of his father’s residence.

The reaction of the recipients of the legal notice is not yet known. However, how they will manage this legal trouble is worth watching.
