Police offers protection to Karan Johar as MNS workers protest outside his Andheri West office

MNS protest

Karan Johar is facing the brunt of protest from MNS workers just before his upcoming movie “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” is nearing its release. The recent terrorist attack in Uri, in which 17 Indian soldiers attained martyrdom, have made every single Indian angry. People are demanding that the BJP government take immediate action against the terrorists responsible for the attack.

The impact of the terrorist attack is not only felt in the entire country, but also in the B-town. The MNS party has jumped in to flaunt their love for the country and has started demanding banning of Pakistani actors in India. They are not in a mood to allow the release of “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” because of Fawad Khan, a Pakistani actor featuring in it.

The MNS workers protested outside Karan Johar’s office to stop the release of his film. Seeing the intensity of the protest, entire B-town has come forward in support of the producer-director. They feel actors are safe target and banning Pakistani actors won’t stop cross-border terrorism.

The MNS has also ordered Pakistani actors to leave the country in 48 hours. Sensing a threat to Karan’s life, the Mumbai police have provided protection outside his office.

Virat Kohli and Salman Khan may belong to different worlds, but they have one thing in common between them – a humongous fan following. While Virat is ruling the international cricket arena, Salman is reigning at box-office. They have been entertaining fans in their own unique style and in their respective fields for a long time. But they aren’t seen together until now, except in some award function or a party.

That is soon going to be changes and fans will have the opportunity to see both sharing the screen space in a music video. According to a leading website, both the superstars are accepted to be a part of the music video of the Belgian electro DJ duo Dimitri Vegas ad Like Mike. The DJ duo is preparing the video for the 10th International EDM festival, Sunburn. The video will be shot in India. It is rumored that Salman Khan is providing his Lonavala chalet for the DJs and also planning to hold a private bash for them. The DJs has extended their thanks to Virat and Salman for their support.

Welcome Ganpati Bappa with these songs!

Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the most-awaited festivals of all. The ten-day festival bring people from all caste and religion together. There is a vast ocean of unity seen among the people during these 10 days. There is devotion, hope, and fervour in the air. Bollywood too has tapped on the popularity of this festival and showed their reverence for Lord Ganesha with peppy and pulsating numbers. Let’s welcome our favorite Bappa with these five songs.

Deva Ho Deva Ganpati Deva (Hum Se Badhkar Kaun, 1981)

Even after over three-and-half decades, this classic number still packs the punch with its wording in reverence for Lord Ganesha along with drum beats and manjeera twangs. The song is so beautifully shot hat it will not bore you to watch it repeatedly.

Morya re (Don: The Chase Begins, 2006)

This is another energetic song that can make viewers take a dip in the sea of emotion. In fact, it is one of the numbers in which Shah Rukh Khan has danced to his heart. The beauty of this track is that you can play it even for welcoming as well as bidding adieu to the Lord.

Deva Shree Ganesh (Agneepath, 2012)

This is a pure devotional number that evokes reverence and makes us listen to it repeatedly. Barring a few clips of killings in the song, which was apt for the script, it is perfect to pay our homage to Lord Ganesh. The one-minute aarti chants at the end of the song will throw you in a trance where you will experience devotion flowing through our veins.

Sadda Dil Vi Tu (ABCD: Any Body Can Dance, 2013)

This highly intense number in dedication to Lord Ganesh by the young generation. It is a part of the final dance competition in the movie with a blend of modern and traditional moves to suit the song. But the icing on the cake is the forming of Lord Ganesh by the all the artists on the stage at the end of the song.

Gajanana (Bajirao Mastani, 2015)

A beautiful song in the form of aarti for welcoming Lord at home. It is picturized on Ranveer Singh, who is shown performing the aarti with a huge thali in his hand. Listening to this song will fill you with emotions and veneration.

Ranbir Kapoor confesses of alcohol problem!

ranbir kapoor

A few days ago, Ranbir Kapoor opened up out about his affair with Katrina Kaif. He stunned all by saying there is no ‘break-up’ between them. While the impact of his comment has not yet faded,  he threw another cannonball yesterday. Now, one thing that is baffling all about this the Kapoor lad is, why he is getting so vocal about his personal life. Nobody knows him to be this way since he has always kept personal things under wraps.

In an interview during the photo-session for the Vogue cover page, Ranbir got very candid and confessed about his personal habits. He said, “I think I could have an alcohol problem. It is a visual medium and I have to look after myself. I have seen it in my family, I have seen it go the wrong way, so I’m aware I have a drinking problem. When I shoot, when I work, I don’t drink. But when I’m not shooting…,”

He also surprised the interviewer by saying that he is also ready to play a ‘gay’ on the screen, which he could have turned it down earlier. Further, he added that he is also ready to play a second lead in a movie, but under certain conditions. The actor is even ready to play the part of Circuit if Rajkumar Hirani offers him in the latest “Munna Bhai” franchise.

Perhaps a string of few flops in the recent times must have mellowed him and he has become desperate to mark his presence at the box office. He is appearing in Karan Johar’s production “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” releasing this Diwali.
